This handbook is intended to initiate and permanently establish a sustainable culture of movement at FAU. The Handbook of Teaching in Motion shows ways in which lecturers can casually integrate movement into teaching and promote the motivation, learning efficiency and health of their students in the process.

The movement-initiating methods provide useful impulses for your teaching. The broad spectrum of movement-activating methods is suitable for use in face-to-face teaching as well as for a moving design of digital teaching-learning formats.
