Research and Development in Higher Education Teaching

The FBZHL develops educational designs and interventions for various problems and occasions in teaching and personnel development.

Starting from a concrete educational problem in a specific context, targeted measures are developed, tested, and evaluated together with the partners involved (e.g. teachers, quality management staff). These include very different interventions, such as

• training for different target groups,
• coaching, consulting, and observation services,
• educational handouts,
• e-learning modules, which aim to provide insights for solving the respective practice problem.
